Our vision is that every person has a home and is connected within community.  Our mission is to create and preserve quality affordable housing that impacts communities and strengthens lives & neighborhoods.

OPHS was incorporated in the fall of 2007 by local residents with the goal of becoming a HUD funded Community Housing Development Organization. In the spring of 2008, OPHS was awarded a grant by the city of Bellflower to fund the work of acquiring and rehabilitating existing housing stock for use as permanent affordable housing.

    Hello Ryan,
I am a member of Neighborhood Christian Fellowship. I met you once when you were meeting with Jacques Molyneux. I would be interested in doing some volunteer work to help refurbish the house on Oak Street over the next six month.
I have 30 years of DIY experience in working on my own houses we have owned and work at our church’s property on Belmont St. I have done a little bit of plumbing, electrical, painting and enjoy woodworking. Please let me know what plan’s Kingdom Causes has regarding the preparation of this house for future tenants.
    Blessings to you,
    Jerry
