HISTORY
OPHS was incorporated in the fall of 2007 by local residents with a goal of becoming a HUD funded Community Housing Development Organization. In the spring of 2008, OPHS was awarded a grant by the city of Bellflower to fund the work of acquiring and rehabilitating existing housing stop for use as permanent affordable housing.
