Job Title: Temporary HPRP Analyst

 

Our Place Housing Solutions is looking to fill a temporary part time position to assist the organization in assessing the effectiveness of its current Homeless Prevention and Rapid Re-housing Program (HPRP) designed to assist homeless families and those at risk of homelessness in Paramount, Bellflower, and Lakewood. OPHS seeks to assess the effectiveness and efficiency of this 3-year program to position itself as a leader in the non-profit sector. The program analyst will be responsible for conducting research and collecting quantitative and qualitative data which will illuminate patterns and establish a measure for program effectiveness.

Duties and Functions

  •    Review existing data and program feedback
  •    Conduct phone and face to face interviews
  •    Oversee creation and management of information database
  •    Process data, synthesize results, and communicate patterns and themes
  •    Share findings with team and stakeholders through effective presentation
  •    Develop and prepare information products to be used by the organization, i.e. brochures, reports, power point presentations
  •    Able to spend periods of time seated in front of a computer

  •    Proficient in Microsoft programs, including Word, Excel, Publisher
