OPHS is working in partnership with the City of Paramount and Cleveland Construction, to develop a home for a low-moderate income first time home-buyer.
Construction on a 3 bedroom, 2 bath home for a qualifying first-time home-buyer commenced January 2011. OPHS will be helping a family to move in Summer 2011.
